Subscription Finality
Since The Signoff provides instantaneous access to a premium suite of digital project management and agreement tools immediately upon subscription authorization, all platform subscription fees are considered final and irrevocable. Once the terminal access is unlocked, refunds cannot be processed.
Authorization Protocol
User Verification Duty
Users are encouraged to utilize the "Free Tier" to review platform features before upgrading to a paid subscription. Subscription execution constitutes formal acceptance of the platform's current feature set.
Independent Project Disputes
The Signoff is not a party to the financial transactions between freelancers and their clients. Any project-specific disputes or refund requests must be handled directly between the participating parties. The Signoff does not hold project funds and cannot mediate or process refunds for peer-to-peer payments.
Abuse Prevention
Zero Tolerance Chargebacks
Any fraudulent chargeback initiation regarding platform subscriptions will result in immediate and permanent terminal revocation and blacklisting across our secure network.
